An Award Winning Family Butchers, with over 40 years of experience our beef is the very best Scotland has to offer, we have worked with our local farmers for all of those 40 years, a unique situation which allows us to use the very highest quality produce but also provide great value for money. Our cattle are reared less than two miles away by Gavin Scott at Gateside Farm. Our burgers are hand made from 100% steak, the haggis and sausages are freshly made in our shops and our steaks are minimum 21 day aged.
